Collection and Reimbursement Policy
This policy relates to how 05 Licence Back Vic will collect government fees and agency fees for undertaking the Behaviour Change Program.
Clients of the agency may, based on circumstances, be eligible for refunds.
The purpose of this policy is to define the process for collecting monies for Behaviour Change Programs and under what circumstances a refund may occur. This policy relates primarily to participants of the Behaviour Change Programs.
Participants after contacting 05 Licence Back Vic will be registered to undertake the Behaviour Change Program. Once confirmed participants will be required to make the government payment and an agency deposit. The balance of the fees will be collected at the program commencement if they have not been paid in total prior to the course or a payment schedule has been discussed with the company.
The Director will determine whether a participant's circumstances warrant a refund. Refunds are based on whether they are:
